    Why is the fruit on the trees at Shipley college allotments allowed to rot every year? It ripens when the college is on summer holidays, and every year plums apples and pears rot. It breaks my heart. I have contacted various bodies about this. A local vegan cafe would be delighted to make use ofbthem, to name but one outlet
